It took God so much to come down to earth that we may be saved. The Son of God, King of Kings and Lord of Lords came down very humbly. Humility saved the world.
“For a child is born to us, a son is given to us. The government will rest on His shoulders. And he will be called: Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. His government and its peace will never end. He will rule with fairness and justice from the throne of His ancestor David for all eternity…” – Isaiah 9: 6 – 7
“Though he was God, he did
not think of equality with God as something to cling to. Instead, he gave up
his divine privileges; he took the humble position of a slave and was born as a
human being. When he appeared in human form, he humbled himself in obedience to
God and died a criminal’s death on a across. Therefore, God elevated him to the
place of highest honor and gave him the name above all other names, that at the
name of Jesus every knee should bow in heaven and on earth and under the earth.” Philippians 2: 6 - 7
"Even though Jesus was God's son, He learned obedience from the things he suffered. In this way, God qualified him as a perfect High Priest, and he became the source of eternal salvation for all those who obey." Hebrews 5: 8 - 9

Humbling to think of how among the billions of people on earth, the King of Glory chose, called, separated, reconciled Me His creation by coming to the earth He created to give up His life.... can just go on and on... Thank you LORD
